LASA TSOKOLATE by LPC's version of a salted dark chocolate features a rare, artisanal local salt from the province of Bohol, Philippines called “Asin Tibuok". This ‘near-extinct’ salt has a distinct flavor profile of salty, smoky and umami notes.
