Fill the dish with tap or warm water.2. Add four to seven drops of your desired essential oil to the water.3. Switch on lamp( if using electric burner ) or light up a tealight candle ( for candle burner).4. Prolonged use may produce strains on tabletops or floorboards. Place a protective covering or a heat proof plate(sold separately) under the lamp. Caring for your Red Clay lamp:1. To remove oil stains, wash the dish with soap and water.2. Replace a busted light bulb with either 10-watt or 25-watt bulb from your local hardware store. ***upto 25sqm  Warnings: Do not leave a burning candle unattended. if using an electric oil burner, avoid exposure to moist air and water.
