With straps you can adjust and a shirred back, this is a flattering halter dress meant to fit you (never the other way around).

Shell is a cotton-linen blend. Lining is 100% cotton. Perfect for the Philippine climate. 

Wash with cold water. Sun-dry is best, but can be put in the dryer using low-heat. Steam when needed.
