In line with the directives of the government and the mall, our retail stores are practicing strict implementation of safe distancing and stringent sanitation measures with the welfare of our customers, brand partners, and employees in mind.

• Our store has undergone a full round of intensive cleaning and sanitation, including general pest control, and regularly clean and disinfect commonly contracted areas. Employees must wear masks and gloves, and observe social distancing inside the store through floor markings.
• Only 50% of our usual sales workforce is in the store. We have also implemented a strict No Mask, No Entry policy. 
• All customers who will enter and exit our store will observe proper queuing and safe distancing. To limit foot traffic, about one (1) person per ten (10) sqm of the common area will be observed. We may temporarily hold the entry of customers if the area is getting too crowded.
• There will be an option for Curbside Pick-Up for Pre-Orders and all Online Orders.
• We are partnering with in-house logistics nationwide for the handling and shipping of products.
