• Enter your mobile number at checkout under "contact information"
• Agree to sign up for the Loyalty Program
• Pay for your order and wait for your points to be awarded within 48H.

• Log-in to your Frankie's General Store account first.

• Before adding any items to your cart, click the loyalty icon. If you've already added items and face issues, try clearing your cache or using a different browser or incognito mode.

• Enter your mobile number

• Enter the OTP sent to your mobile number to verify the request

• Under Redeem Points, enter the amount of points you want to redeem. 1 Point = 1 Peso.

• An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify the redemption
• Click “use” and then "OK" to the pop-up notification

• You can now add items to your cart and proceed to check-out. The discount coupon should be visible.
