Description

The piña is one of the sweetest crops our precious land offers. It is also the fruit of hard work and labor that farmers devote their lives to: rising early to till the soil, careful selection of seeds to sow, patience in planting and growth, endurance and strength in harvest; all essential things that go into the process of producing the best fruit. As Filipino workers and professionals, we may not toil in farms but every morning when we rise and head to work, may we be armed with the same attitude, devotion and tenacity like our farmers so we may also reap results as sweet and satisfying as our beloved Piña.Materials are made out of cowhide leather, thick canvas one of the few existing weaving factories in the Philippines and hand woven fabrics from the Ilocos region. We carefully chose several weaves like the Sinukitan, Binakol and Kundiman. Our veteran embroiderers from Bulacan put all the pieces of design together using applique technique with a hand- guided embroidery machine.Dimensions: 15" W x 13" H x 3.5" D
