Did you know that the government only provides P70 per PDL for their daily food subsidy? How most PDLs don't have their own means to earn money and mostly rely on their family for allowances to buy their basic needs? This leaves them with little to no money to buy other stuff like decent food, snacks, toiletries / personal hygiene, and personal things (slippers, under garments, shirt, etc.).
