In the artistic life of Vida in Bacolod,  she designs a creative dress Shiloh, using an upcycled thread woven into hablon fabric designs as a full circle hem high low skirt. It slips over the head with long back skirts and adds a lot of fun, this piece a handwoven by Negros Island weavers from the Philippines.
