Sewn Sandals

Arina Mojo Sandals

Arina Mojo Sandals is the perfect footwear statement that says I care about the planet.

Made out of repurposed flour sacks and inspired by 2020’s Ube Cheese pandesal (Filipino bread) craze. The lockdown brought creativity to baking & cooking and the slowdown brought consciousness to how we can affect change.

Hence, this new style is Sewn’s first upcycled design as part of our effort to spread awareness of conscious consumerism.

This is the perfect footwear statement that literally says, “Hey! I was a flour sack, I care about the planet, and I’m committed to being part of the positive impact!”

  • Upper made from upcycled flour sacks.

  • Designs may vary due to the original print and use of the repurposed flour sack. Both the left and right pairs will be similar in basic colors of white, blue, and red.

  • Footbed made from handwoven Abaca.

  • Gum outer sole.

  • Fitting: True to size.

  • Handcrafted by shoemakers of Laguna for Sewn - Sustain Our Homegrown.

Sustainability Note: For sustainability purposes, colors, or patterns are random and may not be chosen as we try our best to use all parts of the sack. Rest assured that all patterns and designs are well thought of by our artisans and are all highly loved by previous clients.
